Job Description

Key accounts Relationship management, getting requirements, follows, coordinate with the Delivery Team, ensure client satisfaction.
Continuous interaction with Hiring manager, Client HR, VMG & Spoc for better understanding of requirements and to know about active requirements Interacting with Top Management/technical Managers foralso.
Attending theGenerating offline requirements.Scheduling and seeking Feedback.
Sales calls with management on weekly basis to update on revenue generated and Discussing on new strategies to strengthen thepositions closed for the week. business proces
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with target Accounts in order to maximize sales opportunities and utilizing multi-level representation and higher involvement in customer liaison
Motivating and rewarding the team members
Commercial - Rate Negotiations, Coordinating with client Team for PO, Invoice & payment follow up
Coordinating with Service Employees for Timesheet and other related issues.
Some of exposure to recruitment and delivery of IT Staffing will be preferred
Excellent comm skill, pleasing personality, to go extra mile to achieve client satisfaction
