Job Description

- Managing sales in assigned customers/markets-South East Asia - Identifying and developing new customers & distributors in the aforesaid territories - Identifying new applications & product development opportunities - to serve as feed for new product development - Preparing Sales plans, MIS and other routine reports for the sales region assigned - Coordination with SCM for production & dispatch plans - Coordinating and Supervising for the Information/ Data requirement from Unit / Corporate / Group Companies / Inter Departments. - Profiling of customers (Customer Size, Application, Product Requirements, People in the organization) - Prepare forecast, develop appropriate strategy to attain Sales Target - Analysis for Comparison of budget versus actual - Variance Analysis - Interpret & analyze industry data - Preparation of Sales and Marketing MIS, analyze and propose improvement initiatives - Assist SM Head in formulating SM policy for the assigned market - New customer acquisition, its maintenance and growth - Developing robust processes for managing business transaction with customers - Scan the Industry related environment and suggest possible marketing initiatives for improved business performance - Coordination with SCM for production & dispatch plans Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification And Experience: 1. BE & MBA from a reputed Institute with Knowledge of Industrial Products. 2. Must be a self-starter with good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills. 3. A motivated team player 4. Excellent articulation and presentation skills 5. To coordinate with Production, quality, and logistics team. 6. Ability to work in high-pressure situations 7. Must be a good team player. 8. Maintains Positive attitude 9. Basic knowledge on Commercial aspects 10. Knowledge of Ms Windows Applications.
