Manager – Internal Communication (Asia Pacific- BPO)
o Works collaboratively with HR and management teams to improve employee engagement and to attract the best talent in the industry.
o The incumbent will work closely with the Senior leadership and will play a key role in designing and implementing the communications strategy.
o The incumbent will also be responsible to drive engagements, develop content, manage social media interactions and CSR engagements.
o Key responsibility will include managing org vide events and internal brand building.
o Develop and implement an internal communications strategy. Ability to articulate a clear strategic vision and generate enthusiasm in the achievement of organizational objectives.
o Develop and execute innovative concepts and copy for cross-channel initiatives including digital, email, video scripts, etc.
o Develop key messaging for the delivery of the corporate / business strategy and individual campaigns and initiatives.
o Develop an integrated and ongoing internal communications plan to drive employee engagement and effective events.
o Support and advice the senior leadership team on employee interactions and communications requirement.
o Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships across the business, working with stakeholders to develop best practices in internal communications.
o Measure the ongoing effectiveness of employee communications and overall employee sentiment.
o Collaborate with art directors and graphic designers in the development and execution of strategic concepts, storyboard and executions of creative brief through project completion.
o Manage Social Media campaigns and day-to-day activities like monitoring trends on Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
o Drive employee engagement through CSR to create pride amongst employees and build a brand with a purpose.
o Develop and an effective feedback mechanism and sharing platform
o Achieve effective reach, attract attention, create awareness, interest, enthusiasm and active participation in the various initiatives to aid employee satisfaction, sense of belonging and inspired Performa
Qualification And Experience:
1. MBA/Diploma in Mass Communication or Equivalent qualification with 4 to 5 yrs. of experience in a BPO/ITES Industry is a must.
2. Conceptual and copywriting skills; Must have excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
3. Well versed with social and online media
4. Handle multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail
5. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, timelines, and direction, as well as handle multiple projects
