Development and Review of Annual IR Strategy, Operating Plan and Policies: - Perform annual assessment of current IR Strategy and Processes against objectives set in the previous financial year. - Participate in Annual Operating Plan development exercise. Develop/ review IR Strategic Plan and Objectives drawing from Annual Operating Plan and discussions with Location IR. - Obtain approvals on new IR policies, initiatives and programs to be rolled out from Senior Management. - Plan the IR& Admin function, including Structure, Roles, Manning, Cost/Performance, Budgets for the IR Department. Industrial Relations Management: - Develop processes which ensure compliance at all legislative and local governing agencies. - Respond to and resolve difficult and sensitive employee inquiries and complaints. - Coordinate with IR Business Partners (identified for select sites) for gauging the nature of issues and identifying solutions for issue resolution.
