-Design, implement, recommend, Client enterprise computing Solutions to customer
-Creates and maintains detailed technical diagrams, project plans, scopes of work, and other technical documentation.
-Provide timely project status updates to customers and stakeholders
-Understanding of all enterprise computing environments and operations
-Understanding of market offerings like thin clients, VDI, RDP, Citrix Xen App, Xen Desktop, EUC as service etc
-Work with various IT and business based groups as a subject matter expert (SME)
-Provide continuous research, solution identification, recommendations, and implementation of new technologies as needed by the organization
-Participate in an advisory role with other IT and Business based groups as it relates to EUC
-Lead implementation efforts across the enterprise and insure that projects are executed according to design, within project timeframes, and budget
Design and implement large scale end user desktop services (thin and thick client), Desktop virtualization product sets (Citrix, XenApp, App-V and AppSense, VMware, MS RDS etc).
Strong knowledge of emerging cloud technologies in EUC and other areas
Thorough understanding of Desktop Virtualization solutions including VMware, Citrix, MS RDS, Amazon WS, etc.
Thorough understanding of windows server active directory configuration, Other server OS fundamentals, configurations such as DNS, DHCP, knowledge of networking tools & protocols.
Research, analyze, and propose strategic infrastructure capabilities in the hosting/ cloud End user computing.
Strong knowledge of End user computing Security Architecture, Design and Operations
Knowledge of LDAP, SAML, SSO.
Project Management methodology and approach to conclude the design of IT/ Business requirement
Identify & Propose cost efficient licensing structure to complement end user computing technology stack.
Provide designs and implementation documentation to customers and internal stakeholders about End user computing solution stack
Work with product management group / technology Vendors on new services and capabilities which will be relevant to customer solutions
-Preferred Certifications in Microsoft technologies, Citrix / VMware
-Understanding of ITIL best practices and associated workflows.
-Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with employees, clients and third parties
