Responsible for planning and monitoring the deployment of the Organisations security personnel and those of the security agencies. Awarding of contracts to security agencies.
Developing and negotiating with vendors for timely procurement of security gadgets and equipments.
Writing reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Industrial Relations/ Employee Welfare
Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by workers.
