Qualification: MBA KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. L&D: Responsible and accountable for smooth execution of all key L&D initiative. Identification the needs of people development and ensure that it get fulfill through various training, multiskilling, job rotation, job enlargement, job enrichment etc. Ensure the smooth handholding of new joiners through effective induction program and create different touch points to measure the effectiveness. 2. Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives to meet the objectives with reference to HR measures. Come up with innovative ideas & initiatives which can help to increase employee engagement. 3. HR Audit: Review HR policies, practices & initiatives periodically and come up with gaps and its solutions which enable continuous improvement. 4. Culture & Values: Drive the organizational culture and values as an ambassador. Take different innovative initiatives to spread the awareness among employees. 5. Retention: Use HR Analytics to identify the reasons for attrition and focus on employee retention with an aim of engaging & retaining the key talent. 6. Employee Grievance: Ensure employee's grievances are listen and respond quickly to resolve their issues on time.
