Job Description

Build out and execute people strategy with support from leadership, including: performance management, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, retention and any compliance matters Identify and build out technology stack Design and implement our people operations programs, processes, and policies so they can effectively scale with the company Act as a liaison with our external human resources firm to resolve issues regarding HR and benefits administration, and any HR-related legal concerns Manage day-to-day people operations of the business, including payroll, benefits, time off, contracts, and compliance Own the management of BambooHR, our HRIS program, to keep it up-to-date and effective Craft and manage our global benefits programs and compensation strategy using data-backed insights and analysis Act as first point of contact and support for employee changes including relocation, immigration, leave, and day-to-day support Partner with our Director of People to cultivate our unique culture and implement innovative human capital programs that support our team Support the People Team in managing our employee team building and culture events Develop and deploy initiatives to drive employee engagement and a strong sense of team across our highly distributed company
