Contribute to the development of policies and procedures in collaboration with the plant HR Head in job designing, deployment of talent and retention.
Formulating KPIs/scorecards across the level.
Develop the Organisation’s approach to talent management, Job evaluation and succession planning.
Manage the corporate induction programme
Work with line managers in designing Personal Development Plans for their staff; to evaluate agreed internal deliverables and interventions.
Training, coaching and mentoring to support staff development Plans, superior workforce and skills development.
To monitor HR budgets
Oversee the annual appraisal process, monitoring compliance with the timetable and working with the Head of HR to ensure consistency of quality in appraisal documentation.
Provide inputs on the appropriate aspects of HR initiatives so that the company can readily identify and achieve targeted productivity
Employee communication through avenues like company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, Intranet etc. to monitor organisation’s culture, have proper employee connectivity and promote satisfaction.
Assists with various committees like wellness, training, environmental health and safety, activity, and culture and communications committees.
Identify and implement better ways of employee motivational schemes, incentive programs etc.
Support specific performance improvement initiatives like behavioural competency framework, feedback mechanism etc.
