Job Description

• Identify the Training needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Department Heads
• Analysing individual, functional and organizational training needs in conjunction with employees/immediate supervisors/functional heads and developing learning and development strategies to meet business needs
• Prepare Annual Training budget/plan/calendar based on training need analysis
• Identify Trainers (Internal / External) based on the business requirements
• Interact with all the Department heads and identify critical training requirements across the organization
• Collate the Fresher’s Training requirements as per business need and plan for execution
• Review the effectiveness of training programs
• Provide MIS on training activities, costs, performance, effectiveness etc. on an ongoing basis to Head-HR and other internal stakeholders
• Modify curriculum content and materials to meet variable learner needs and satisfy customer goals
• Coordinate with premium institutions and ensure senior management participation for MDPS/Executive Programs
• Keep up to date with any developments in the area of training and development and facilitate the cascade of best practices for improving training effectiveness
• Designing and implementing appropriate e-learning strategies
• Responsible for the Performance Appraisal Exercise and identifying skill gaps in the process and doing a through Training Needs Assessment
• Custodian of Training Function related documentation /approvals.

Process Compliance

• HR representative for both QMS (ISO) & Information Security (PCI DSS)
• Coordinate as a Dept. Representative for all audits (Internal & External)

HR Budgeting

• Preparation of Annual HR Budget – BU wise, Consolidation & Analysis / Planned Vs Actuals report
• Ensure all the expenditure are as per the approved budget

HR Operations Process Improvement

• Medical Insurance, Attendance & leave Management, Transfer, Exit Process, and Marriage gifts, Offers Letter Management, BGV, Compliance, HRMS Management, Pay Roll, and HRMS Implementation.
• Statutory compliance
