Job Description

Implement HR policy guidelines.
Recruitment.
Training & Development.
Support HoD HR in compensation management including benchmarking/salary surveys.
Implementation of employee benefits like insurance, rewards, assistance etc.
Formulating and implementation of performance evaluation system and performance based pay system.
Support HoD HR in implementation of career planning of employees.
Development of organization structures.
Implementation of retention measures.
Conducting Employee Satisfaction Survey.
Implementation of measures leading to great place to work.
Monitoring of Management Information System relating to HR.
Plan and design new methods for developing and strengthening HR/ Organizational climate.
Compensation Management
Manpower planning, Recruitment, Retention, Selection & Induction.
Formation of Policy /Guidelines /Manual
Administration of payroll.
