Job Description

This person reports to the Regional Director, India and South East Asia and has dotted line reporting relationship to the Director, Human Resources, Asia Pacific. He/ She is responsible for managing Human Resources program to ensure that the organizations current and future HR requirements are met. The program including recruitment, training and organization development, compensation and benefits, performance management, mobility, equal employment/affirmative action, employees wellness, health and safety, payroll administration, HRIS, employees communications and relation, etc. He/ She will evaluate the organizations future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet the needs, liaise with line managers to develop and implement local HR strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organizations overall HR strategy.
