Pro-actively understanding and supporting the requirements of the business as an HR business partner and controlling the HR operation processes. Designing, Implementing, Controlling and Monitoring Compensation Policy Desired Candidate Profile: We need a person who has worked on HR process like confirmation, transfer, attendance, payroll inputs, F& F settlement & compensation revisions and some exposure to statutory and not Recruitment, PMS, EE. Exposure to system knowledge required - SAP
