- Designing, delivering, and executing talent management and organization effectiveness solutions that drive effective business strategy execution.

- Utilizing effective change management techniques to embed and sustain usage of newly created and modified talent management processes and programs into company culture.

- Staying current on industry best practices with respect to Talent Management and Organization Effectiveness, and leveraging this knowledge to develop innovative solutions for talent programs.

- Post Graduate specializing in HR with 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in Talent Management.

- Exceptional communication, inter-personal and analytical skill and international stakeholder management

- Excellent people management skills, open to direction and Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done

- Strong Analytical ability and Decision making skills
