FUNCTIONAL/ OPERATIONAL: - Revenue MIS and participation in Audit - Review of Debtors Ageing and Follow-up - Monthly/Quarterly/Annually filing of STPI returns (Mumbai /Delhi and Chennai) - Worked on SAP/ any other ERP Review : - Accounting of Invoices / Debit Notes and Receipts - Debtor Reconciliation and Summary Review : - Invoicing, Detailed Revenue Summary & Head Count - Inter-company debtor details - Sales Register & Debit Note Register - Revenue Template - AR relate Audit Schedules - STP Compliance Desired Candidate Profile: Commerce / Management Graduate /Inter CA, Finance - Post graduate from IIM/IIT/NIT Etc DESIRED INDUSTRY EXPOSURE : BPO MANDATORY SKILLS / PROCESS ABILITIES : SKILLS PROFICIENCY REQUIRED (HIGH / MEDIUM/) : - Potential to handle multiple priorities simultaneously - Thrive in a team-oriented & deadline driven environment - Commitment to quality - Ability to manage performance and change - Strong Planning and Organizational skills - Confident and eloquent in written and oral communication - Self motivated - Target Oriented - Crisis and conflict management - Decision Making - High follow up skills - Ability to handle stress - Excellent rapport building skills - Ability to delegate responsibility - Team Player, Capable of leading a team - Computer Skills:: Knowledge of MS Office ( W0rd, Excel & Power point) COMPETENCY : Planning - Demonstrates clear planning skills.
