Job Description

Position will be responsible for Accounting, MIS, Budget and Audit
1. Handling day to day accounting and payments.
2. Preparing various MIS for the management, so that all the relevant decisions can be taken on time.
3. Compliance of DOA, SOP and RCM
4. Control over Budget vs Actual plan to achieve overall objective in terms of profitability.
5. Coordination with consolidation team for various accounting and audit requirements.
6. Detailed analysis of System cost and generates awareness among all the stake holders.
7. Functional support to HOD in various new initiatives. Like Cost reduction, IT development etc.
8. Ensuring appropriate accounting treatment of all transactions including Invoicing, stock transfer, Employee Disbursements, Payables, Receivables, Inventories, Assets and Liabilities, monthly provisions, any inter company transactions.
