- Lookout for Engagement Management Manager, Expert in Online Marketing and Business Consulting Roles with 5+ Years of Vast experience for one of our Market Lead, Digital Marketing Partner, Head Quartered in United States.

Desired Skills :

- Ability to think strategically to impact business outcomes and create strategic road maps

- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, strategy or business consulting roles

- 3+ years of experience in online marketing is preferred

- Strong leadership, entrepreneurial and execution skills

- Strong project management and communication skills

- Strong analytical skills, numerical skills and a good knowledge of Excel and Power point

- Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts

- Good relationship management skills and a good team player

- Willingness to travel to client locations for business meetings if required

Job Description :

- This individual will report into the head of Engagement Management. This individual will work in driving a cross functional team made up of digital marketing solutions, analytics and technology teams to achieve client goals. The individual will be partnering with client-facing account management teams for conceptualizing, planning and implementing online / digital marketing strategies for our clients.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning :

- Partner with account management teams to develop digital marketing solution strategy spanning across - Web Analytics, SEM, SEO, Display, Affiliate networks, Social media marketing, site experience optimization (MVT/A-B Testing)

- Ability to create high level strategic plans

- Advise the client/account teams on new digital marketing opportunities and trends in the industry

Problem Solving :

- Analyze client business data and define the business problem

- Break down the problem into smaller modules to enable solution building

- Solve the business problems in digital marketing (lead generation/ sales/ acquisition/ branding etc) by collaborating with solution teams to build the final set of recommendations

- Provide day-to day internal guidance to team members

Program Management :

- End to end project management throughout the project life cycle - strategy, planning, kick-off, implementation and progress

- Own project goals and drive the outcomes/results with the help of the solution teams

- Translate strategic plan to a mid-level and detailed execution plan

- On-time, on-budget and quality delivery of the project

Communication :

- Manage communication with the client, account management and delivery/solution teams on a regular basis to ensure the health of the relationship and project goal progress

- Provides regular updates to internal and external stakeholders

- Provides the client business context to the solution teams and helps drive the solution development to positively impact client goals

Pre-sales :

- Assist the Business development and account management teams in creating proposals
