Work with Internal team and external consultant to identify a suitable ERP platform and identify / validate a suitable technical architecture.
Facilitate the assessment of hardware sizing.
Procurement of licenses, hardware platform and other necessary software (if any).
Lead the planning and implementation of ERP Project.
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, timelines and deliverables.
Define project tasks, pre-requisites and dependencies and internal resource requirements.
Develop full scale project plans using Microsoft Project and Excel in association with the chosen external vendor.
Prepare risk management plans and manage risks in association with the implementation partner.
Prepare quality management plans and manage quality in association with the implementation partner.
Work with internal teams and implementation partners to satisfactorily plan and monitor project timelines to guarantee on-time delivery.
Track project deliverables and communicate with stakeholders and implementation partners to deliver on-time and within scope and budget.
Provide direction and support to project teams, both internal and external.
Keep all stakeholders updated on progress of project by creating Weekly Status Report
Facilitate creation of governance and communication mechanism between internal team and the implementation partner
Coordinate and facilitate monthly Executive Committee Meeting as well as Steering Committee Meeting
Assess business/technical requirements and objectives, and performance of fit/gap analysis.
Negotiate MSA/Contracts /SOW with the product vendor as well as with the implementation partner
Monitor the availability of various documents for the engagement which include SOW, MSA etc. as well as project documentations like process documents, design documents, technical and functional specifications, system deployment documents, ERP system integration and interface documents
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve defined project outputs.
Manage the project constraints of scope, time, budget, quality, risk, and resources
Provide project management expertise throughout entire project.
