* Guiding the Direct Sales /Corporate Sales/MDU sales team in the execution of their sales plans in the respective cities to achieve desired numbers and market share
* Develop effective and productive channel construct to meet targeted numbers and revenue nationally.
* Ensure flow of knowledge, skills and training to the Regional Direct Sales / Institutional/ Corporate sales teams to ensure output as per targets.
* Build and develop team. Enhance team motivation and productivity levels.
* Supervise MIS generation and analysis on a periodic basis and provide feedback on best practices to Chief Sales Officer.
* Assess training requirements on an ongoing basis. Coordinate with training content and local sales teams to implement training.
* Provide regular assessments, devise and implement strategies to upgrade sales competence and develop, coach, mentor the sales team members.
