Job Description


- Responsible for managing paid Search, PPC, Facebook and other digital marketing programs for various product categories

- He / She will be responsible for increasing business through paid search and other digital marketing initiatives.

- Accountable for delivering against monthly, quarterly and yearly goals and forecasts.

- Good understanding of email campaigns, tracking and optimizing metrics

- Understanding and experiment with new digital marketing platforms

- Ensure revenue, budget, ROI, and other business goals are met

- Analyse industry trends, and competitive landscape to exploit expansion & optimization opportunities

- Optimize keyword coverage, keyword bids, account structure, and ad copy

- Analyse user behaviour on landing pages and conversion funnels using web analytic tools and offline tools

- Design and execute A/B tests on landing pages to optimize performance of landing pages

- Collaborate with the other marketing channels to exchange data observations & learning

- Partner with Creative, Business and Marketing teams to enhance conversion funnels

- Manage relationships with agencies and other vendors

- Utilize web analysis tools and metrics to analyse the results of marketing programs

Person Requirements:

- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing on an agency or a brand side.

- Organized & Detail-Oriented: The person would be required to work on and implement large-scale campaigns and their full-scale optimization on regular basis, well within deadlines

- Excellent quantitative skills: Ability to keep track of campaigns and co-ordinate with agencies to optimize for ROI independently, analysing trends/ROI and other KPI benchmarks

- Knowledge-seeker: Incumbent should have strong knowledge and hands on experience of SEM and should be able to keep himself/herself up to date with new features and opportunities in SEM and Digital Marketing

- Quick learner: Should be able to quickly understand new features/technology in SEM/SEO and implement the same

- Team player & Ownership: Should be a team-player with strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities assigned
