Job Description

Specialist to lead OTC/Consumer Healthcare Division's Digital- Marketing- strategies. - Digital- Marketing Strategy- & Planning:- Work with business unit heads to create strategies & executable projects plans Create- Digital- Strategy- for- the- Brands- positioning- and- visibility Digital- Strategy- for- the- new- product- launches- or- brand- milestone- events. - Research & Planning: Developed deep understanding of each customer trends through market research, competitors and industry monitoring. - Requirement Gathering: Gather & consolidate various requirements and finalize Digital marketing approach (related to Creative, Technology, SEMM, Multimedia, Portal, Mobile solutions). - Project Management: Plan & execute projects as per the Digital Marketing strategies and periodically share updates with management. - Technology and medium selection: Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM,- marketing- database, email, social media and display advertisement & mobile campaigns Social media presence: Design, build and maintain our social media presence Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels SEO:- Analysis- and- selection- of- most- relevant- and- high- traffic- volume- Keywords- for- SEO- /- Continuous- optimization- of- website Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Website- Management:- Build and launch local & global version/s Website Website UI & Functional enhancement Launch of new versions as per Global Guidelines Regular updation and management of website through internal/vendor support Website- Traffic- increment - Digital- Media- Campaign- Planning: Campaign Strategy - Digital Media Planning - Campaign Execution & Monitoring Measure and report performance of all- digital- marketing- campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Analytical Skills : Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Online Reputation Management: Gather information on the product reputation from various websites. - Budget: Recommend and manage Digital Marketing budget Offering ideas/methods of using marketing budget & increasing revenue. - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners - Documentation: Create and maintain required documentation for reference and processes control.
