Job Description

STRATEGY & EXECUTION:

1. Measure and report performance of all Facebook marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

2. Identify trends and insights using analytic tools to optimize spend and performance based on the insights

3. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

4. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

5. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

6. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

7. Continually monitor and suggest improvements for the usability, content and conversion points of the company website to support the company's growth objectives.

8. Brainstorm new and creative ideas with internal teams

ANALYTICS & REPORTING:

- Consolidate metrics and provide ongoing reporting and analytics to senior level management, and provides guidance for program optimization

- Benchmark digital activities against those of our peers in the industry; improve digital marketing strategy and tactics to - get ahead of the curve

- Prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis reports and dashboards to inform various audiences of our collective performance in all dimensions of digital marketing efforts, showcasing the impact achieved
