About the role: - Work with internal business clients to help develop, maintain and improve data driven business decision metrics. - Statistical modelling for customer segmentation, campaign optimisation and forecasting. - Drive the collection and refinement of existing data and identification of new data sources. - Design and execute advance analytical data models to track and measure traditional and non-traditional media measurement metrics. - Work with product, engineering, UI/UX team to build a high-impact & friendly user experience. - Manage operational models and ad-hoc requests. Desired Candidate Profile: Requirements: - Industry experience in data science, should have managed & analysed large data sets. - Experience in designing end-to-end data modelling systems from scratch in areas of recommendations, personalization, campaign optimisation, or predictive modelling. - Strong probability theory and statistics knowledge. - Working knowledge of programming languages such as R/Python, C. - Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. - Experience with data visualization techniques and concepts. Qualification: - University degree in a technical field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering). - Knowledge of statistical tools (SAS / SPSS / Clementine).
