Skill: Coordinates service calls , customer satisfaction , customer support , growth of Customer support department , order booking & invoicing; Exp: 15-20 years; Guides & provides hands on training to service engineers about the technalities of products Follows the systems laid down by the Company in information flowProvides on-site assistance and monitors the installation and commissioning for Key clients Takes participation in resolving critical faults at clients endTakes review of the service team on weekly basis Responds and resolves queries of key clients over the phone or through visitsReceives and responds to client?s feedback to enhance product performance and quality of service Maintains relationship with the clients through providing value addition to themSets target for spares enquiry- order booking & invoicing Sets target for AMCCoordinates service calls Takes responsibility for customer satisfactionOversees root cause analysis and provides solutions Takes responsibility of customer support departmentStrategize the forward growth of Customer support department Ensure CRM entries
