Job Description

Responsible for achieving the fund raising targets - personally initiate tie-ups with HR in assigned area - with special focus on closing deals / donations and achieving set targets through corporate employees as per the objectives of the organization.
Responsible for coordinating /facilitating volunteering engagements with corporate employees.
Responsible for conducting various fundraising initiatives with corporate employees. This involves presentations to be given to employee groups.
Assist Regional Head in generating leads for acquiring new corporate donors, maintain relationships with existing donors and donor servicing.
Monitor achievement of Fund Raising targets and obtain information on best practices/success stories from team members to build capabilities and increase fund generation.
Co-ordinate internal communications and awareness of organization direction, mission, aims and activities. Circulate EDMs, Messengers, Success stories, Posters to the employees.
Focus on branding and PR and lead talks for cause related marketing initiatives, affiliate marketing and payroll giving with corporates and support networks like Give India, Give2asia, CAF, United way etc.
