1 Employee payments process (Salaries, LTC, Medical, Traveling etc) and related aspects.
2. Ensuring TDS and other regulatory compliances related to Employee payments.
3. Foreign remittances for Technical services, Overseas training, subscription etc & ensuring applicable compliance.
4. Accounting for Employee payments. Coordination with Actuary for valuation of Leave, Gratuity liabilities etc.
5. Analysis and reporting of Employee costs and related expenditure
- Good Analytical ability dealing with vast data sets.
- Good Communication skills and People management skills
- Good knowledge of statutory regulations relating to Employee Payments
- Experience of working in ERP system.
