1. Corporate Communications:
? Develop and implement communication strategies to consistently maintain a positive brand image
? Streamline communication channels and ensuring they meet the corporate brand guidelines
? Plan brand building and publicity activities for existing and new services across regions
? Support business for organization-wide communications needs
? Ensure effective messaging through communiqués for promotion and up selling of services to meet business objectives (within deadlines) Full

2. Content Management for Internal and External communication: Content development and management for:
? Corporate website
? Intranet
? Newsletters
? Marketing Communication collaterals (print/ digital)
? Corporate/ product brochures
? White papers/ case studies/ dossiers
? Ads
? Business Unit communication
? Business Units specific campaigns
? Regional-HR newsletters
? Internal releases (organizational announcements, industry updates etc.) Full
3. PR and Media Management:
? Draft press and media releases, questionnaire responses, editorials/ advertorials, speeches, etc.
? Media tracking for coverage on the organization, competition and industry news
? Manage various media events and promotions across regions
? Manage media agencies for all PR managements needs Full

4. Other Corporate Communication Department operations:
? Ensure smooth functioning of operations within the Corporate Communications
? Identify vendors and negotiate on costs to suit business needs, contributing to the ROI
? Client Relationship Management (need-basis) Full
5. Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 SOPs and maintain quality standards in all communications released. Full
6. Draft policies and guidelines for media management and corporate communications Full
7. Manage media agencies for developing communication plans based on specific media objectives Partial
