Responsible for supporting India Business through design, development and execution of innovative demonstration tools for customer engagement.
Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from role:
- Responsible for smooth effective functioning of Customer Engagement operations.
- Safety compliance - ensuring no incidents during demonstrations at off-site programs.
- Support in the design & development of Brand new Customer Engagement Centre in India.
- Continuous innovation and development of new demonstration concepts especially virtual walk ins, New techno games, Z space etc.
- Interaction with sales and marketing on support requirements for technology days, Road shows, Magnetic Mobile Units, OEM - train the trainer programs etc
- Support in installation & commissioning of New Learning centres in collation with Cross functional teams. Support in maintenance & up gradation of the existing Learning centres @ OEMs.
- Conducting Technical Trainings on product technology for internal and external customers
- Maintenance and Upkeep of Existing Customer Engagement Centers with OEMs
