Job Description

Ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
Has experience working for Collections Voice Process (First/Third bucket)
To ensure that a high degree of accuracy is maintained at all times
To ensure daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets are achieved by each of the team members
To ensure all team members are given full support on a regular basis
To conduct weekly/monthly team meetings on regular basis to ensure all problems are dealt
with effectively & efficiently
To identify training / coaching needs of the team members and provide the same to the Manager / HOD
To assist new members of the team by updating knowledge to help them understand the procedures better
Responsible for staff retention within the team
Responsible for maintaining discipline and absenteeism of your team on the floor
To ensure follow ups are done on time both internal and external
Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of team by motivating them
Ensuring long-lasting & fruitful relationship of team with the company through feedback & counseling
Will be responsible for taking escalated calls and cases
