JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Responsible for developing, defining, negotiating, and closing new business with OEMs. Develop and implement plans to expand the organization's product reach and revenues by identifying new markets and attracting new customers. Identify and grow new business opportunities Develop new strategic key accounts through new business development Identify market needs, changing market conditions, and competitive advantages Contribute to sales / marketing efforts in order to increase the pace of customer acquisition and project execution Attending and presenting at industry events. II. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION Functional expertise in Sales & New Business Development Ability to set up ambitious deliverables, implementation and ensure compliance across team. Strong business acumen, problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills Ability to travel throughout the Country on a regular basis Proven sales track record identifying and closing business and providing customer satisfaction and solutions Proven relationships with OEMs.
