Job Description

Looking for a talented Content marketing manager to take full responsibility of our inbound marketing strategies including social media, blogs and lead generation. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing background. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers. Assist with all steps of content generation i.e. from information gathering to content development, review, editing, design, compliance, proofreading and final publication Develop an overall content marketing plan, quarterly and yearly editorial calendars across all Crescendo Group International companies marketing channels Generating content that is consistent with each of the Crescendo Group International companies brand voice and SEO strategy Developing creative and engaging content across various formats i.e. blogs, whitepapers, info-graphics, videos, posters, PowerPoint presentations or any creative to drive up lead generation and online conversions. Conducting actionable marketing research on cutting edge content ideas, marketing communications plan and content strategy Manage all Crescendo Group International companys social media channels and build influencer relations to engage our communities across all channels Manage content distribution tools (i.e. Buffer and Hootsuite), social listening tools (i.e. Buzzsumo, Mention, Followerwonk etc), social analytics tool and generate insights to take corrective action. The skills youll need: You understand that an employer brand is more than a logo, and know how to communicate the value prop of working at our company both authentically and transparently Youre a great storyteller and writer, and can create content from blogs to emails to videos yourself as well as enlist internal and external content creators You inspire employees to create and share their stories and employer reviews, amplifying our reach and influence throughout the candidate journey You can teach and empower recruiters on how to tell our story effectively to attract and nurture candidates You practice inbound marketing and SEO, and can get your content found when and where people are searching You develop a deep understanding of your target audience to ensure your messaging hits home You live on social media, and can attract followers and keep them engaged Youve built a pipeline / database of leads who read your texts, open your emails and respond to your content Youre curious, resourceful, a self-starter, a creative problem solver, an organized project manager and a team player who can also do it all yourself without needing a lot of resources or budget Additionally: Bachelor's degree with a major in Marketing, Communications or Journalism, MBA a plus, 4-8 years if experience working in content development Effective and clear written and verbal communication and presentation skills Experience writing press releases, newsletters, sell sheets, web content, etc. Excellent organizational, analytical and planning skills with great attention to detail Superior teamwork and excellent time management skills Proven ability to work effectively under pressure & meet deadlines What's on Offer If you are an individual who is looking to build something extraordinary and have a good drive and self-motivation which is bordering on entrepreneurial; this is the place for you.
