Job Description

Understand the business KPI for system, Devise practical and effective solutions
Accountable for coordinating with required IT colleagues to ensure appropriate IT resources required to support the development and maintenance of applications in their area is effectively pulled together
Conduct technical analysis for the business incidents and ensure smooth delivery to business
Understand the technical architecture and functional flow of existing applications and suggest improvements in flows and processes
Ensure first level testing (SIT) of the required functionality and provide support for User Acceptance Testing related to Incidents
Preparing the plan and managing the on-time completion of all application related incidents
Adhere to Change & Release Management Process for the systems
Managing internal and external user / department expectation by timely resolutions and conducting regular review meetings on applications
Effectively manage multiple goals, priorities, and deadlines; to move from one focus to another quickly and effectively while utilizing creative problem solving skills and maintaining quality standards
Evaluate new systems/ products/ vendor offering that can add value or provide effective alternatives to existing applications
Tracking of application wise OPEXs and CAPEXs
Manages the relationship with business teams, consulting on the most effective utilization of technology and proactively managing expectations
Performs the role of IT Project Owner, as required for projects.
Drives hiring and the termination process.
Identifies and coordinates training. Coaches and mentors team members
Cost Savings through Estimation Reviews & Negotiations on Contracts Vendor performance status reports to be review and shared for allocated applications to the reporting manager on a weekly basis
Tracking of SLA for each activity with respect to vendor
Evaluation and selection of Vendor as and when required
POC of vendor product if required
