We are having an opening for one of the leading pharmaceutical organisation for the position of "Management Trainee" at Mumbai Location. Experience- Fresher Eligibility and selection: a. CA candidates for this Program will be selected based on the following criteria: b. Fresh CAs who have cleared all the examinations of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in first attempt c. CAs with less than 1 year experience and cleared the examination of ICAI in 1st attempt 2. Training Program: a. Candidates selected after the selection process shall be recruited as Management Trainee and shall undergo training under this program for a period of 1 year. Job Description: a. Financial planning i. Developing Financial and Operating Plan in coordination with business teams and finance teams (annual operating and medium term plans) ii. Provide analytics on Financial and Operating plans explaining the underlying trends, environment changes and support management review iii. Assist in preparing rolling forecasts based on current and future business scenarios b. Performance reporting i. Assist in generation of monthly/quarterly MIS reports ii. Analysing business performance and providing specific insights into deviations against the plan and previous year iii. Identify and analyze underlying business/environmental trends and provide early warning signals for timely management intervention iv. Developing new reports and analysis to meet changes in business and operating environment (including automation projects) v. Perform business analytics covering gross margin trend/ movement, product profitability analysis, customer profitability analysis and pricing analysis c. Business Analytics and Decision Support i. Assist in performance measurement and reporting against the target KRAs ii. Assist in establishing budgetary spending ceiling drawing from SBU Financial and Operating plans and track actual spend against the budgetary allocations iii. Provide business and financial analytics in support of key management decisions on capital allocation, pricing and business collaboration iv. Work with business to evaluate and operationalize potential inorganic proposals, including M&A, business collaborations and asset acquisitions v. Drive cost improvement projects in coordination with operations, R&D and costing team vi. Assist Team leaders in providing analysis of areas such as accounting and taxation for efficiency and compliance Additional Responsibilities: Distribution financial planning & Analysis Cost Control- Freight Cost,CFS related reimbursement, Regional office spends etc. Generic business monitoring for COGS, free schemes,lot discount/ other spends. Credit Risk Management. Project Initiatives.
