Excellent Technical skills - thorough hands on knowledge in CRM
2. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
3. Should be able to work on development activities in CRM
4. Good and effective communication and co-ordination skills - Should be able to interact with the customer independently via verbal/email communication
5. Availability to work in shifts including night shift and early morning shift in rotation
6. Should be accomodative and flexible to take up additional responsibilities (outside of CRM) at account level as per his/her role
7. Should be able to lead the team technically
