Total years of Experience: 4 - 8 years. Role / Responsibility : This role will require you to be accountable for individual or team results. Drawing from relevant experience, this role will require you to be viewed as a technical expert; give technical direction; demonstrate working knowledge of key functional processes; share information and expertise with individuals and teams; prioritize work within well established procedures and objectives;perform and apply new technical procedures; demonstrate ability to negotiate;work individually or as a team member. To provide support and administration for Web sphere MQ solutions, Pro - actively ensure MQ estate is offering required High Levels of Availability and performing optimally, and are able to ensure the achievement of Service , Level expectations through accurate monitoring and automation capabilities. Work with internal developers, hardware / software vendors and integrators to assimilate knowledge of new systems being developed or deployed. Ensure all change, and request work, assigned to the team is performed in a timely manner per the scripts. Where possible identify and work to resolve potential problem sprior to implementation. Provide a monthly management report on change and problem activity. Demonstrate the use of tracking and trending of MQ related problems to ensure failures do not recur. Skill Required: WebSphere MQ(WMQ) v6.1.x, HACMP, MQ Cluster, MQ API Exits, Installation, patching, configuring,problem determination. Key store management CSR, importing, receiving, etc. ISA, AST, Working with IBM on PMRs, etc. JDK 1.5 and J2EE 1.4.x or above. Required Bachelor's Degree At least 3 years experience in Message Queuing At least 3 years experience in Message Broker At least 1year experience in Mainframe English:Fluent
