Job Description

Shall be responsible for Business promotion and Development
Should have knowledge of Corporate MICE SALES for both Inbound/Outbound.
Strong MICE experience
Ability to make decisions
Good product knowledge on Destinations and MICE group operations
Well spoken and smart individual
Should be graduate, preferably holding some diploma/degree in Tourism
Achieve budgeted sales targets in assigned area
Ensure NIL debtor outstanding
Add new corporate customers to data base
Assist ops team / escort tours if needed
Submit MIS reports as prescribed
Assist team member to achieve their budgets
Monitor competitor activities
Network with industry stake holders
Liaise with sr. management and create new products
Good communication & presentation skills
Team player
Zeal for new business segment acquisition
Last and most important should be from MICE sales background and not from Hotels and Airlines sales.
