Responsible forexecuting the Business Unit s marketing strategies and integrated campaignportfolio by working closely with Chief Marketing Officers and Field MarketingDirectors. Play aconsultative role in strategy, planning and budgeting of marketing campaignsthat includes events & trade shows, webcasts, thought leadership marketing, client-centric/ account-based marketing, and strategic deals support. Responsible forexecuting campaigns that result in increased brand awareness and reputation inthe market. Working closelywith in-house teams as well as external agencies for developing themes, high levelmessages, sales materials, and design concepts required for marketing campaignsand programs. Provide guidanceto the creative design team and content writing teams to assist them increating world-class brand compliant marketing assets and engagement tools. Manageinternal/ external resources in the execution of marketing campaigns thatachieve strategic and marketing goals of the practice. Provide salesenablement support and manage related initiatives including managing theinformation and assets in the corporate solutions/ services repository. Requirements 10+ years ofexperience in services marketing, field marketing, and/ or product marketing MBA preferred Good knowledge ofmarketing tactics and best practices Self-starter andhighly focused on Execution with good presentation skills Excellentattention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables Excellent interpersonaland communication skills .
