The role focuses on the gathering information on existing Notes applications (1000+ databases) and, following the analysis of this latter, provide support on migration, decommission or new solution
In addition providing support to the helpdesk ticketing system to assist in resolving Lotus Notes & Domino issues .
Roles and responsibilities:
Day to Day operations support for production and non-production Notes environment
Involve in issue resolution and improving the performance of the system
Lotus notes Migration is most important.
Work as a team player and contribute towards quality of the delivery
To carry out unit testing and document the result according and in according to the defined standard methodology
Lotus Notes 6.5x and Up, Lotus script, formula, Java, XML, HTML ,Java Script , AJAX , CSS, Webservices, Working experience with notes agents
Experience developing and maintaining Lotus Notes applications
Experience with writing custom code in generating reports.
Error analysis and troubleshooting Lotus notes systems and should have strong understanding of end to end process flow
Experience in operational support of applications.
Good experience in developing workflows\views in notes.
Should be expert in address book and mailing isues
Working experience in Production support for Lotus notes , domino severs and SharePoint
Should be aware of the Support, Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management functionalities
Knowledge on Java SQL and XML Experience is added advantage.
Lotus notes to SharePoint migration experience is preferred
Good to have knowledge on SharePoint.
Should have strong interest to learn new things as per business requirement and deliver with in definite timeframe
Should have strong written and oral communication skills
Should be willing to work in shift rotations and also in 24x7 environment
