o Acting as first point of contact for all routine business / legal documentation
o Ensuring timely delivery of the legal documentation;
Legal documentation includes drafting, vetting and negotiating the customer
and vendor contracts / agreements, standardizing the contract forms, revisiting
the contract forms for purpose of improvisation, inclusions of clauses in line
with the extant laws, amendments, including company policies. Documents
mean and include Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Proposals,
NDAs, Property Agreements (Leave & License or Lease Agreements), Annual
Maintenance Contracts, Facility Agreements, Agreements for Consultancy
Drafting and releasing of notices / legal letters.
o Advising the Senior Management and various other departments within the Company on
various matters having legal implications.
o Interacting / coordinating with external consultants for specialized legal
documentation pertaining to the Companys strategic projects and new business
o Handling billing of the legal team vendors.
