Job roles would involve:
-handling all the legal matters
-identification of the compliance requirements under the various applicable laws.
-providing regular updates to the Company.
-interaction with police officials, government authorities, etc
Candidates must possess:
-8 to 18 years of total exp
-exp in Non litigation with some exposure in Litigation as well
-exp in IPR, M&A, drafting, vetting, commercial and 3rd party contracts, etc
-excellent communication & presentation skills
