Job Description

- Conducting research to map target companies and the right candidates - Creating robust search strategies that will identify and attract the best and brightest - Serving as an expert for technology and product recruiting - Developing innovative ways to raise the bar on how Client recruits corporate, tech and product talent - Develop search strategies, conduct research, perform thorough assessments and present qualified candidates for critical searches - Learn about overall needs and develop strategies for individual and team success in the identification and attraction of senior-level talent - Conduct debrief meetings with hiring managers and senior leaders after the interviews - Building out talent networks and tapping knowledgeable industry sources to develop an on-going pool of candidates - Providing guidance and advice in a true partnership with leadership - Leading client update meetings on active searches - Conducting on-site interviews, and presenting/negotiating employment offers You Are: - Contrarian, progressive, and a next generation thinkers - Outstanding recruiter with a proven track record - Able to function in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment - Problem solving, results-oriented leader with a positive attitude - Ability to partner well with senior management team - Solutions-oriented with strong employee relations skills/experience - Articulate and diplomatic communicator - A strategic thinker, yet focused on execution - Experimental, ready to learn and open to change - Highly data driven - Committed to building a diverse, inclusive work environment - Fluent in communication - Above all, must have unquestioned personal integrity and professional ethics.
