Talents from FMCG/E-comms Only Qualification: Tier I & II MBA Schools only (2007 - 2009 batch only) About the role: - Creating and delivering a strong digital marketing & communication mandate for a leading Media and Entertainment Conglomerate. - Creating and delivering a strong digital marketing mandate (performance- acquisition & retention) for a leading Media and Entertainment Conglomerate. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis - Drive subscription growth across global markets through performance marketing across desktop and mobile channels - Lead all efforts and goals on organic and digital paid media: SEO, SEM, Display, Paid Social, App Install, Affiliate, Direct buys etc. Serve as the strategic lead for programmatic display, especially the DoubleClick suite - Drive brand communication through marketing programs which are highly targeted basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts - Develop a deep understanding of the target consumer and become his/her advocate across digital initiatives - Partner closely with the consumer marketing, operations and analytics teams to define campaign performance metrics to ensure a high level of effectiveness.
