Qualification Any Graduate with P.G./ M.B.A. Reporting To A G M (K T M, Product Mgt) Number of Reporters Direct - 0 Indirect - 0 Summary Role Profile/ Job Responsibilities 1. Increase penetration & volume and support B A L in growing market share through frontline sales team. 2. To ensure sale of finance schemes to customers (within & outside dealership) as per the targets through the front line sales team. 3. Market intelligence/ planning & executing activities, lead generation/ sourcing. 4. Coordinating with R M/ B H w.r.t compliance/ policy adherence/ schemes. 5. F E M I/ N S- collection of F E M I bounce case, nonstarter (D C C/ N D C C) and high P O S cases. 6. Resolution of customer complaints. 7. Coordination with training team to improve the efficiency of the frontline sales team. 8. Understand various reports and take corrective action with dealership & frontline sales team. 9. Analyze M I S and action plans required to increase sales. 10. Monitoring leakage cases, analyzing & implementation action plans for it. 11. Interacting with B A L for projects and during stunt shows/ orange days to capture leads/ logins enquiries. 12. Responsible for overlooking increase in number of finance customers with dealerships on quarterly basis. 13. To administer, launch and smooth initiation of special schemes for festivals 7 conducting loan melas. 14. To prepare the B R D/ documentation for new I T enhancements. 15. To arrange for testing (U A T), all I T related activities which also includes training and smooth project implementation & handling post implementation issues.
