Job Description

Deliver the annual plan for relevant products through the partner ( Bajaj Finance) sales channels; Regions North, Or East, Or Both

Manage a team of 2-3 specialists and support them in developing their skill sets and talent; Drawing up the training roadmap across all the cities

Support the partner sales team to cross sell products through:
o Sales Analysis of existing penetration rates across retailers in various cities
o Area risk profiling basis claims ratio

Disseminate information on relevant industry, competition products and analyze the same for a meaningful sales engagement.

Ensuring the client engagement by organizing meets and targeted campaigns

Joint sales drills to facilitate sales skills and ensure solicitation of the product in complaint manner.

External stake holder management - Manage relationships with key personnel ( ZSMs, RSMs and ASMs)

Internal stake holder management Be in constant touch with Operations, Claims and Service team for delivery on important KPIs for managed regions.

Resolve potential sales complaints, claim escalations etc. for the managed regions

Look for trends within the region for high claim ratios, cancellation rates etc; Basis data crunching and analytics capabilities on excel required
