Roles and Responsibilities:-
Maintain and manage existing accounts according to established sales and revenue goals
Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
Be a key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
Maximize sales margins according to established goals by monitoring/assisting with rate contracts problems, credit hold issues balances, sales price quotes, customer contacts, production and supply chain problem resolution, market information and new product development projects, etc
Create and deliver sales presentations and close sales in an effective manner
Develop and maintain effective sales forecasting, planning and territory plans.
Research new customer needs and develop an application of products and services in an effective manner.
Develop and manage sales expense budget.
To achieve volume and value objective of Key Accounts within budget, time and policy parameter
To liaise with and build strong relations with existing key customers
Negotiate terms of trade, promotions, listings, visibilities and communicate properly to ensure implementation on time
