Job Description


1. High service level

- O- D-2.5 days -3 day delivery

- RTO - 8%-9%-

- Track performance on an on going basis

- Chase up with the internal operations team to impose performance

2. Timely Issue resolution

- Work on important areas

- Program management new initiative

3. Billing + Payment

- Ensure timely release of bills from accounts

- Ensure timely payment resolution

4. Pricing

- Issue internal and from Client

- Ensure pricing of Client is good enough to get over 5%

- Get a separate P&L for and highlight concern

5. Reconciliation

- Do reconciliation of shipment bills & payments

MAJOR CHALLENGES
