Overall responsibility for sales & fill rate of the entire range of products for the assigned area.
Expanding the coverage & distribution by aggressive sales promotion within sales policies framework.
To enhance visibility & space for companies products.
Organizing events at store level on strategic days.
Relationship building with customers.
Coordination for customer complaints.
Coordination for renewal of TOT agreements.
Responsible for outstanding recovery, credit control and follow-ups as per Company policy.
Collection & compilation of relevant business & competitor information from market.
Training & Motivating the Sales team.
Timely submission of MIS.
