Job Description

1. Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer account management 2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships 3. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit 4. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors 5. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives 6. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders 7. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales numbers 8. Forecast and track key account metrics 9. Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment 10. Feeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research to internal stakeholders 11. Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients 12. Working closely with Business Heads to redefine business strategies and create effective delivery solutions. 13. Contributing to process improvement suggestions for redefining effective and profitable processes. 14. Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant business verticals and functions within the Organization
