Job Description

- Detailed financial analysis including finalization of financial model

- To add, maintain and build new client Relationships for the Corporate Banking Division

- Must have worked across the entire corporate banking spectrum including market strategy, budgeting, deal origination, due diligence and credit analyses, legal documentation, credit monitoring and audit compliance, MIS reporting and delinquency management

- Product knowledge and selling skills for Assets, Float Income, Fixed Deposits, Remittances, CMS and Treasury

- Must have handled Working Capital Finance, Bill Discounting, ECBs, Short Term finance and Term lending. Especially Letter of Credit and Bank guarantees

- Cross Sell Salary accounts and various other products that bank introduces time to time.

- Sound credit skills - Preparation of Credit Proposal both for Term loan and Working capital, Call Memo and Knowledge of Credit ratings and financial covenants

- Meet with all pre-disbursal and post-disbursal compliance

- Inspections/site visits

- Should be team player capable of multi-tasking.
