Responsible for Account Management of all Light Vehicle Customers. Secure New Business for multiple OE customers Anticipate future customer requirements (technology, products, others) Maintain regular contact with customer marketing, innovation and product management teams. Anticipate future business opportunities and customer needs. Evaluate HON's position versus competitors Ensure market needs and information is cascaded within HON Lead the process from pre-development to secure business nomination Lead team of Key Account Managers Work coherently with cross-functional leaders of Program Manager, Application Engineering Manager, Supply Base, Manufacturing Engineering, Customer Quality and provide guidance and support to Key Account Managers. Define price strategy on bids, annual pricing negotiations with customers, transactional pricing opportunities, Cost saving opportunities. Lead commercial offers and negotiations at customers alongwith Key Account Managers. Manage commercial activities through development, launch, series production, after-sales and obsolescence. Lead commercial relationship with customer product launch teams. Lead profitability of entire Light Vehicles accounts (Material Margin). Execute flawless launches with cross-functional team. Execute smooth SOP and ramp up of launches. Drive monthly demand forecasting for all Light Vehicles Accounts. Training and development of Key Account Managers Desired Candidate Profile - Degree in Engineering MBA preferred. 10-15 years minimum automotive industry experience. Minimum 7 years exp in Key Account Management and should have exp engines/ engine components.
